LMYB Development Baseball
Registration for the Linn-Mar Youth Baseball DEVELOPMENT season.
- Development Baseball (7U and 8U) for a more developmental experience with primary focus on practices (outdoor starting in April) and weeknight league games only. An Evaluation is NOT REQUIRED to play LMYB Development Baseball.

Eligibility & Timeline
LMYB is dedicated to providing an opportunity for students in the Linn-Mar School District, or children of employees of the Linn-Mar School District.
For development baseball, practices will start outdoor in April (weather permitting) with weeknight league games April through July.
Ages
Age groups are determined by birthdates in relation to April 30, 2027.
Example: A birthdate of May 22, 2019 will be considered 7U. A birthdate of April 22, 2019 will be considered 8U.
Development program consists of 5, 6, 7 and 8 year-olds with birthdate on or after May 1, 2018.
Evaluations
No evaluations are required for this development program.
Fees
Registration must be completed utilizing the side link.
Development Baseball Fees
An overall program fee of $175 is required and due upon registration.
No additional team costs are required*.
*Jersey costs are separate from program/team fees.
There is a $0.99 fee for all transactions (ACH bank transfer is recommended).
A credit card may also be used, but will incur an additional 2% transaction fee.
Jerseys
A LMYB holiday apparel store typically opens in the late October timeframe. Merchandise and team gear can be purchased prior to the season (no jersey sales).
A LMYB jersey apparel store typically opens in the late January timeframe. This will be the time to order jerseys for the season. More information will be provided by coaches as the apparel stores open. Jersey costs are separate from program/team fees.
